We require service and rentals personnel for the day to day running of the workshop, on-hire and off-hiring of equipment. Responsibilities include daily stock checks, on-hire and off-hire of equipment, continual use of the computerized booking system, damage reporting, service repair and PSV coordinating, and stock control. Other would duties include daily contact with customers in a sales position also as a customer satisfaction representative. A good knowledge of health and safety practices combined with the experience of ISO standards. People skills are essential for staff moral and customer satisfaction.
